Pac-12 All-Freshman Team (2014)


The Good:

– athletic freak
– crazy jumping ability
– solid three-point shooter
– can hit shots with his feet set or moving (screens, pick & rolls, etc.)
– decent playmaker
– good in the open court/fast break
– could still be growing – grew almost 3 inches in past two years
– still very young – just turned 19
– big upside


The Bad:

– very thin – needs to get physically stronger
– very inexperienced – only one year in college, not a huge amount of minutes
– could be a tweener – stuck between point & shooting guard
– not much of a scorer at this point
– doesn’t draw fouls
– poor rebounder
– foul prone
– ended his freshman year in college in a slump
– not much of a defender
– not ready to contribute any time soon
